My name is Alexx and I'm here to help show you new and different perspectives on energy and the Ego. I am the only teacher who deals with the entirety of the Soul Family and our interconnectedness through science, spirituality, and philosophy. This means that I can help you navigate your way through the people and situations in your current life in which it makes sense to the Ego, whilst simultaneously giving new perspectives and helping to break the Ego down. I can also guide you through general spiritual help, whether that be support during your Ego Degradation, or ways in which to calm the mind and loosen up any energetic blocks in the body.

After having my Ego Degradation in 2009, I left the academic world and began teaching others about mysticism, spirituality, Eastern healing modalities, and philosophy. I am a certified Master Herbalist, Reiki Master, Energy Healer, Chakra Healer, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, and 500-hour certified Yoga instructor.

I am the author of the award-winning book "The Soul Family: A Guide to Karmic Relationships, Soulmates, Soul Tribes, and Twin Flames," and my second book, "Ego Degradation: Pulling Back the Veil of Illusion to See Your Mind's Programming" will be released in mid-2026. I have written many articles on spiritual topics and also post some of my teachings on YouTube weekly. I have worked with clients from all over the world who have honored me by sharing their journeys. I would love to help you as well, in remembering that you are the universe manifested in physical form, and WE ARE ALL THE SAME.
